Agrotron K610 is a small chassis 120 Hp unit. Its ideal for small stock farms where you need power and manoeuvrability. The low bonnet ensures excellent visibility while turning in tight yards and gateways!
Reason for Job:
This tractor has arrived from local farm and has covered over 10000 engine hours
Machine was slipping in power-shift ranges and had a lot of steel in oil
Main problems found:
Transmission was stripped to reveal burnt out clutch packs and a bearing failed which had damaged some teeth on a gear as the ball bearings had disintegrated. This in turn had taken a relatively affordable repair to a much more expensive one!
Remedy:
Wash tractor thoroughly
Remove transmission from tractor in workshop
Strip trans , replace bearings, clutch packs and broken gears
Re-fit gearbox and put front end back on tractor
Then give a hour on dyno to check for leaks at temperature
Finally a 25 mile road test with a trailer on to check trans function under load

Workshop and Mobile Services
Our large workshop gives us the capability to work on the smallest ground care equipment up to the largest articulated tractors.
In 2019 we upgraded our business unit to include a dedicated engine and transmission workshop. Making these improvements gives us the ability to be more efficient, whilst maintaining the best quality.
We also offer mobile services for onsite repairs, diagnostics and fault finding (UK mainland only).
